We are working on a revamp of our current support system, during the last months we had many tickets that have been abandoned, or are still waiting for a solution, main reason being the lack of organization and internal issues. We are fully aware of this situation, the support at the moment is unsustainable and we're doing everything possible to solve it. It's our top priority. For those users who are still waiting: please, be patient. Soon, we will have a faster and better support system.
